1. Regulatory Signs

Regulatory signs are used to control the actions of road users. This used to control the drivers and other users actions in the road in UAE. This is applicable by law and it clearly states what action you can perform and what prohibited. Suppose if you want to know how much speed you can follow in some roads, the speed limit sign will inform you that. If you are driving above that limit there will be cameras and speed related RTA fine may waiting for you. There are various types of regulatory signs:

Mandatory Signs

Prohibitory Signs

They indicate prohibited actions or objects, so as to indicate road users about actions they should not take or which are prohibited.
