Drivers can see the rumble strips, hear a rumble and feel a vibration if they drive over them. Also, follows up with ‘tak’ tak sound when driving over them. This acts as a warning and is helpful for drivers on a long drive, who may be feeling tired or sleepy if they have not had a rest.
