There are various topics the examiner will ask you to perform in the final driving test and you should know well aware about those prior to the test.

How to make U-turn

Examiner will observe you how are you performing the U-turn, are you following the correct indicator etc.

Making a u-turn is not a difficult task, but you have to be careful and always do it with the proper methods. Then it will be simple for each and every driver.

U-turn is turning your vehicle in a U-shape and heading back at high speed. U-turn driving is rotating your vehicle 180° degrees to reverse your vehicle to the direction of travel. Even though you can not turn your vehicle as your wish, you can only make a u-turn where the u-turn sign is permitted areas. Besides, you have to always keep your mind that practice can only make you a good driver.

How to take a U-turn

When you take a u-turn the two things have to keep your mind the first thing is that you should be very cautious of who is coming from behind. And for that, you can check your two mirrors left and right, and also the rear mirror.

After that, you have to make sure that no one is trying to overtake your car from the right-hand side while you are turning your car to the right or the person is trying to overtake the car left-hand side while you are turning your car to the left side because it is the main step to check before you make a u-turn your vehicle. It has a pivotal role to avoid various hazards or collisions during driving.

Moreover whenever you make a u-turn slow down a bit and make sure you do your verification to ensure that there is nobody coming from the other direction. If you are making a U-turn to the left side, a U-turn is a 180° turn so you have to turn the wheel almost all the way to the left.

When you feel like the width of the road is not enough for the car to make a U-turn, in this case, you have to reverse the car and again try to make the u-turn completely.

The second thing is that you have to maintain a good distance between the car from the pavement while taking the turn because if you are trying to turn very fastly there is a 100 % chance to hit the car on the pavement and it makes a dent. So be careful and always keep this in your mind while taking the u-turn.

You have to make sure that you have checked everything in your surroundings before taking the u-turn. Once you completed the u-turn immediately the wheels of the car have to be straightened in order to move straight on the road.
